How to I change dos command prompt to a different drive?

I have a program that will only work from dos/command prompt but it is stored on a drive other than %26quot;C:\%26quot; that automatically shows in windows %26#039;command prompt%26#039;.

I know how to change directories etc but how do I change the disk drive from %26#039;C:%26#039; to %26#039;F:%26#039; or %26#039;G:%26#039; etc or do I need to load a dos prompt program or something into my F and G drives?|||Simply type F: in the command prompt, followed by Enter.

Example :

C:\Windows%26gt; D: (Enter)

D:\%26gt;|||odd?

i thought it was just a simple:

cd E:\

to change to the E drive for example just like changing directories
